Queer Poetry Evening

Join us for an inspiring evening of queer expression at FOKO’s Queer Poetry Evening. This special event, themed “Alien” invites you to explore the outer reaches of creativity through poetry. Dive into a small writing workshop in Spanish, led by Venezuelan writer Jaime Peña, where you’ll have the opportunity to hone your craft and unleash your unique voice. Afterwards, take the stage at the open mic and share your original works or simply soak in the diverse array of perspectives and experiences. Hosted at Gaze Bar & Lounge on Tuesday, April 30th, this event promises to be a celebration of identity, artistry, and community you won’t want to miss!
